NON DELIVERY:

Postmans Cats cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items. When your purchase has been completed and despatched it is the responsibility of the carrier you selected to ensure that your package is delivered safely.

You can track your package on the carriers's website using the tracking number shown under your purchase in "My Account".

Any instances of non-delivery must be taken up with the carrier.
